My Apple obsession began in 2002.  The design and simplicity of an Apple/Mac product has kept me hooked for 10 years.  

I'm the geek waiting in line for major product launches, and there is an Apple/Mac product within 1 meter of me for most of the day.

I am NOT a certified Apple "Techinician", or "Genius".  I did not receive formal training.  I'm just a geek who knows A LOT about Apple/Mac products and use them all day, every day.

I also LOVE to teach people how to use their product and use my Mac to create step by step manuals for people that may not remember how to do the things I teach.
